Recruitment Management System
This web portal is a part of Tatvasoft in-house management system. In need of merging all the inventory and management tool to SSO responsive web portal, we developed The Recruitment Management System using MVC architecture with C#.
My responsibilities were:
- Integrated the job search APIs from Indeed and LinkedIn which is able to search the required candidate and import profile data.
- Designed the MS SQL database structure to hold the candidate’s all work and education related information. Designed stored procedures and function to update the manage the data.
- Developed a 7-step interview process to recruit new employees. The module was able to search the candidate, get information from different job portals, link to exam module, schedule technical interview, practical exams, HR interview and also able to link this candidate with PMS.
- Developed UI for the interview and exam module using Bootstrap, HTML and JQuery
- Developed internal chatting system, grading tool and interview suggestion tool to help the interviewer to communicate internally.
